Summary

In this position, you would have the opportunity to develop your own sales territory by maintaining relationships with current clients and bringing in new clients to drive business. You will be an ambassador of our company, becoming a trusted face to our clients while also adhering to company values and policy. As a member of our team, you will use your strong interpersonal skills to provide service and support to your clients as needed, which may include coordinating with other departments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  1. Create and implement a sales strategy that makes sure you meet personal sales goals, as well as those set-in place by the company.
  2. Communicate with all current and potential clients on a regular basis, providing solutions as needed, and oversee all sales activity.
  3. Coordinate with other members of the sales team and team leaders as needed to generate sales and provide excellent customer service.
  4. Submit reports on your sales activity regularly into the company’s CRM software, and maintain clean and updated records for all leads and clients.
  5. Adhere to all company procedures, values and policies so that you provide an accurate representation of the company to all potential and current clients.
  6. Perform your duties as efficiently as possible, reducing costs when possible, and maintain receipts for all job-related expenses and submit them to accounting.

Summary

Full time administrative support staff position. Responsibilities include administrative paperwork, client relations, and support for technicians and sales representatives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  1. Scheduling all Tickets for CSM this includes calling client and rescheduling if necessary.
  2. Prioritizing Level of support needed for client.
  3. Supporting Sales back office duties for fulfillment.
  4. Assist in Marketing efforts.
  5. Manage Reports for billing, sales, and ticket system.
  6. Receive payment information from clients over the phone.

As an IT Support Technician I (ITST1), you will use your knowledge and specialized skills to implement technical solutions and provide high quality support for computer hardware, operating systems, or VOIP (telecommunications) systems.

Responsibilities

  • Network Engineering and troubleshooting, data cabling and systems administration in a variety of software and hardware environments
  • Interacting with management and staff to provide analytical and technical assistance for continuous improvement of IT solutions.
  • Analyzing, troubleshooting, and/or installing SonicWall Routers and Networking interfaces
  • Setting up Active Directory for Clients
  • Installing VOIP systems using Hosted PBX/troubleshooting service issues for clients
  • Mandatory participation in training and meetings
  • Moving up to 49 lbs.
  • Travelling up to 75% of the time.
